Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, as the nationality of foreign directors of a firm has to be stated on its notepaper, he will take powers to issue instructions to the publishers of magazines and periodicals to signify on their contents page the country of origin of the stories published.
