§ Mr. KeyThe average cost of the shell of a uni-seco house, excluding doors and windows, is £305. I am advised by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply that the shell of an aluminium house is not manufactured separately and its cost, therefore, cannot be separately assessed.
