§ Mr. StracheyThe Roumanian Government have now prepared lists of the foodstuffs and other commodities available for export from Roumania and the imports they desire to obtain from the United Kingdom. As soon as the detailed lists have been received and examined I hope that negotiations will be undertaken for the purchase of feedingstuffs and other articles.
