§ Lieutenant Mullanasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when it is proposed to transfer jurisdiction over the Registration of Deeds, and the Registration of Title to Land in Northern Ireland, to the Government of Northern Ireland, pursuant to Sections 8 and 9, respectively, of the Northern Ireland Act,1947.
