§ Mr. BelcherAvailable supplies of men's Wellington boots should be sufficient to meet the essential needs of agricultural workers, and I have taken special steps to ensure suitable distribution. If my hon. Friend will give me further details of the difficulties in the Beccles district, I will look into them.
