Mr. Skinnardasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the fact that railway companies employ specialised staffs to deal with the valuation and rating of their undertakings whose duties will, as a result of present proposals, in some cases disappear and in other be seriously diminished, he will consult the Minister of Health with a view to the extension of the provisions for payment of compensation to include such employees and officers of the British Transport Commission similarly affected.
