§ 11. Mr. Leverasked the Minister of Works whether he has now come to a decision to withdraw or postpone the licences granted to the Royal Exchange, Manchester, for the expenditure of £171,300, particularly in view of the fact that this sum only covers the first stage of the work contemplated, and such accommodation as will be made immediately available is to be used for shops and storage purposes only.
