§ Mr. A. HendersonYes. I think it will be for general convenience if this is done and a White Paper will be presented to Parliament shortly. This will not add anything new to the statements already made on behalf of His Majesty's Government but will recapitulate these in a form suitable for easy reference. The White Paper would be laid on the same date.
