§ Mr. F. Noel-Bakerasked the Minister of Labour when he will reach a decision in the case of Mr. A. Caine, 63 Linden Gardens, Chiswick, who has applied for exceptional treatment as a disabled person in the granting of a supplementary petrol allowance to operate a private hire motorcar; and when he will notify the Minister of Fuel and Power of the decision reached.
