§ Mr. Prescottasked the Minister of Fuel and Power how many owners or drivers of lorries who took part, with their vehicles, in a demonstration on Saturday, 26th July, at Blackburn and Darwen against the Transport Bill have been reported to his Department for improper use of petrol; and if he will give an assurance that he will not sanction any prosecutions in respect of this demonstration.
