Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware of the breach of contract involving certain officials of the Control Commission in Germany making political statements and propaganda among their own subordinates and the German people directed against His Majesty's present Government; and whether he will cause inquiries to be made with the object of cancelling the appointments of such individuals.

§ Mr. MayhewI am not aware of any such breach of contract. If my hon. Friend will give me particulars of the cases he has in mind I will certainly investigate them.
