§ 3. Sir J. Lucasasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if the certificate of appreciation to be given to the next-of-kin of those Service men killed in the late war will also be given to next-of-kin of Civil Defence workers, police and firemen, killed in action, or who died of wounds in the course of their duty.
