Mr. Creech JonesA visit to Malaya for the purposes stated by the hon. Member was made during the latter half of 1946 by Mr. P. T. Bauer, a lecturer at the London School of Economics. Mr. Bauer has made a report, and I have referred it to the Governor of the Malayan Union for his observations.
