§ Mr. Sargoodasked the Minister of Transport whether he has considered an application from the road transport employers for an increase in the speed limit for commercial motor vehicles from 20 miles per hour to the speed limit permitted to passenger motor coaches; and what action he proposes to take regarding the application.
§ Mr. BarnesRepresentatives of the operators and manufacturers, and of the Unions concerned, have been invited to meet the Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry to discuss this matter.
