§ Mr. BelcherThere has been no Tobacco Controller since June, 1945. Sir Alexander Maxwell, formerly Tobacco Controller, has continued to assist the Board of Trade as Chairman of the Tobacco Advisory Committee. He receives no payment for these services. He has bad long experience in a firm of leaf tobacco merchants.
