Mr. Dyeasked the Secretary of State for War whether he has given consideration to the desire of the people from whom the Stanford Battle Training Area was requisitioned in 1942, for the return to their possession of their lands and homes in accordance with the promises given on behalf of His Majesty's Government by the Commanding Officer, 145W Eastern Command, and the Deputy Regional Commission; and if he will make a further statement on the release of this area.
