§ 100. Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for War if, in view of the various social and educational activities in which prisoners of war are now permitted to engage, he will, during the coming autumn and winter, modify the regulations obliging them to be back in camp by dusk.
§ Mr. BellengerInstructions were issued on 17th July, which will allow prisoners of war to remain out of camp until 10 p.m. throughout the year.
