§ 86. Mr. N. Macphersonasked the Secretary of State for War why air-mail letters from troops in Palestine are taking as much as a fortnight to reach their destinations in this country; and what measures he proposes to take to accelerate the service.
§ Mr. BellengerTroops air-mail is despatched from Palestine to this country daily and normally reaches its destination in five to six days. If the hon. Member has specific evidence that letters are taking appreciably longer than this and will let me have it I will look into the matter.
