CrippsI am informed that the manager in this case suggested, but did not insist, that employers should collect the coupons from the exchange because of rather frequent losses which had occurred in transit. In matters of this kind, I feel that the manager must be allowed to exercise his discretion and he appears to have done so reasonably.
