Wing-Commander Robinsonasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he will give consideration to the possibility of establishing certain temporary civil servants who haw given satisfactory service during the war years and who have proved their merit and their ability to hold their posts by practical experience rather than by competitive examination.
