§ Mr. BarnesOf the total sleeping accommodation available on all routes, 22 per cent. of the first-class berths and 6 per cent. of the third-class berths are available for Government-sponsored passengers. No berths are reserved for sponsored passengers in sleeping cars which serve Oban and the whole of the accommodation is, therefore, available for reservation by the public in the ordinary way.
