Rippers, of Sible 122W Hedingham, find difficulty in maintaining full employment owing to the shortage of timber supplies; if he is satisfied that timber is being equitably distributed; and what have been the results of his efforts to secure further supplies.
§ Mr. BelcherYes, Sir. This matter has been brought to the notice of the Timber Control, who have been able to help Messrs. Rippers to overcome their immediate difficulties. I am satisfied that every effort is being made to distribute the available quantities of timber equitably. With regard to the last part of the Question, it is hoped that a statement will be made very shortly.
