§ 97. Captain Crowderasked the Minister of Health if he will make a statement regarding the clinical trials in the use of streptomycin organised by the Medical Research Council; and how soon he anticipates increased supplies of this drug will be available.
§ Mr. BevanThe trials are in progress and it is not yet possible to anticipate the outcome. As regards the second part of the Question, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Hanley (Dr. Stross) on 20th March.
