§ Mr. ShinwellI understand that poultry breeders in some parts of Scotland have recently complained to the Petroleum Board about the quality of burning oil now being Supplied to them for incubator and brooder purposes. Representatives of the Petroleum Board have gone to Scotland to investigate the reasons for the complaints.
