§ 100. Mr. A. Lewisasked the Minister of Health how many local authorities make it a condition when advertising medical vacancies, that applicants should be members of their appropriate associations; and as such advertisements are refused by medical journals, if he will take steps, if necessary by legislation, to see that such local authorities are enabled to fill their vacancies with properly-skilled persons.
