§ Mr. Kingasked the Minister of Health upon what basis housing allocations are being made within a zone; and how far these have regard to need, existing commitments, available labour, the achievement of equity in 1947 or 1948, available material or the desirability of giving preference in house building to areas where there is a shortage of labour in essential industry.
