§ Mr. BlenkinsopThe number of ex-Service personnel in receipt of 100 per cent. war pension is about 51,000 and about 673,000 are receiving awards of less than 100 per cent. Just under 200,000 widows' pensions are in payment and allowances are being paid in respect of nearly 115,000 children of deceased ex-Service personnel.
