asked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the civilian families now occupying the Forty Foot Road Militia Camp, Ramsey, Hunts, have been informed that their electricity is to be cut off, although they are willing to pay for it; and whether he will take steps to ensure that electricity is supplied to these people so long as they pay for it.
