§ Mr. Wilkesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that Mr. Joseph Ciesielski, a Polish citizen, whose prewar home is in 126W territory now ceded to the U.S.S.R. has been issued with a deportation order; and whether, in view of pledges given that Polish nationals would not be deported against their will to Soviet territory, he will withdraw this deportation order.
