§ Mr. BevanOne district heating scheme is being installed on a new local authority housing estate. Thirty houses are at present connected to it, and it is proposed ultimately to supply heating by this means to 1,300 houses on the estate. As the scheme is still in process of development it is too early yet to form a conclusion as to its results.
