asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether it is his intention to revoke the licence to experiment on living animals, with or without anaesthetics, granted by him to Dr. E. G. T. Liddell, who was convicted, for cruelty to a large number of cats on which he was experimenting, on 9th October, at Oxford.
