§ 111. Mr. K. Lindsayasked the Minister of Education the approximate number of annual university awards that will qualify for supplementary grants from her Ministry; and the distribution among the various universities.
§ Mr. HardmanUp to the present about 700 University Supplemental Awards have been made by my Department, of which about 200 are tenable at Oxford, 200 at Cambridge, and 300 elsewhere. It is not yet possible to give a firm estimate of the total number and distribution of awards to be made annually.
