asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many children in primary schools in Glasgow and in Scotland, respectively, are receiving only part-time education.

Mr. Westwood

The latest available figures received in June last show that in Glasgow 405 primary school children were receiving only part-time education. For Scotland as a whole, including Glasgow, the figure is 1,045.
