§ Mr. BellengerThe present Army stocks of serviceable or repairable single brown blankets in this country amount to about 3½ million. At the request of the Board of Trade three million single brown blankets have been released by the Army, and I understand that my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply already has 325W the disposal arrangements in hand. Commands overseas have authority to declare surplus blankets locally.
