§ Mr. BellengerI would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on 15th October to a question by the hon. Member for Oxford (Mr. Hogg). If the commandant finds it necessary to withhold a letter from a soldier in detention, the soldier is given an opportunity of writing a further letter.
