§ Mr. ShinwellCertain depots in Leicestershire and in the city of Leicester are supplied partly with Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire coal and partly with Leicestershire coal. Increased production in Leicestershire has made it possible to switch some of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire coal to make good deficiencies in other areas and replace it with Leicestershire coal. In making these transfers the primary consideration has been economy in transport and there has been no discrimination against rural districts.
