Mr. Dumpletonasked the President of the Board of Trade whether in 292W increasing the paper allowances for periodicals by 40 per cent. in the 23rd licence period, he will ensure that sufficient raw materials, other than mechanical pulp, will be available to the mills so that periodicals needing paper other than mechanical pulp paper, such as pine and sulphite pulp, may receive the increased allowance.
