§ Mr. Battleyasked the Minister of Transport whether, in order to assist in lessening the number of preventable road accidents, he will consider the advisability of issuing a regulation that all motor-driven vehicles must carry efficient direction indicators, before and behind, plainly visible during hours of daylight and darkness.
§ Mr. BarnesI understand that the Committee on Road Safety will deal with the general question of direction indicators in their next report. I propose to await their views and recommendations
