Mr. Rees-Williamsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will allow deductions to be made by officers of the Territorial Army against Income Tax in respect of their obligation to maintain uniforms, in view of the fact that such deductions were permissible before and during the late war and that officers of the Territorial Army are under the same liability for military service as they were in pre-war years.
