Colonel Stoddart-Scottasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that a non-Regular soldier overseas who is joined by his wife has to pay 10s. per day should she receive treatment in a military hospital, whilst a Regular soldier pays nothing if his wife receives 157W treatment; and when and how he intends to remove this inequality.
§ Mr. BellengerThis inequality has now been abolished. The families of non-Regular soldiers who go overseas under the approved scheme will be allowed medical and hospital treatment on the same terms and conditions as the families of Regular soldiers.
