§ 138. Sir I. Fraserasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he will expedite the 174W supply of a few hundred poles to the Barrow Corporation for much needed electricity development in certain rural districts of the Lonsdale division of Lancaster.
§ Mr. ShinwellThe Barrow Corporation have applied for 235 wooden poles this year and the Electricity Commissioners have issued licences for 143. No more licences can be issued until more poles are available.
