§ Mr. ShinwellThe answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative. Special action is taken in an endeavour to provide suitable employment for miners who having commuted their compensation are capable of performing a reasonable day's work and in appropriate cases consideration would be given to the issue of directions.
