§ Mr. Swinglerasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has considered the letter dated 20th September, 1946, from the Federation of Managers' and Foremen's (Shoe Trade) Registered Associations on the subject of the Working Party Report on the boot and shoe trade and the claim of the associations to be represented on any shoe manufacturing services board; and what reply he proposes to make to this letter.
