§ 21. Mr. W. J. Brownasked the Minister of Transport when the toll bridge which connects Havant and Hayling Island is likely to be abolished.
§ Mr. BarnesI am not aware of any proposal for freeing this bridge from tolls, but would be prepared to consider giving financial assistance towards any scheme for that purpose which may be put forward by the local authorities concerned.
