§ Mr. WilmotThere has been no cancellation in the sense that any consumer has been deprived of what he would otherwise have got. The facts are that the order books of the firms making steel sheets were greatly in excess of their capacity to produce. Steps were accordingly taken to review the order books and to equate the orders to the prospects of supply.
