Macphersonasked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he will refrain from placing any restrictions on the lighting of displays in shop windows this year during normal business hours throughout the Christmas season and, in particular, from 16th to 24th December; and whether he will allow the lighting of window displays after normal business hours during Christmas week.
