Mr. Edward Daviesasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has now considered the views of the British Pottery Manufacturers' Federation and the National Society of Pottery Workers on the working party reports on pottery; and what steps he is taking to implement the recommendations contained in the reports.
§ Sir S. CrippsI have received a short statement of the views of the National Society of Pottery Workers and I expect to receive those of the British Pottery Manufacturers' Federation soon. I am anxious that action should be taken on this report as quickly as possible, and I am in the meantime taking steps towards the implementation of certain of the recommendations.
