Mr. DugdaleThe proposed strength of the Humber Division of the R.N.V.R. is 92 officers and 700 ratings; an officer instructor will be appointed, and such 37W C.P.O. or P.O. instructors as may be required for the numbers of ratings in the various branches. Headquarters are at present ashore, but the possible provision of a drill ship is receiving consideration.
