§ Mr. Glenvil HallAs regards the first part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given by the Lord President of the Council to the Questions addressed to him by the hon. Members for Lewes (Major Beamish) and Oxford (Mr. Hogg). On the second part of the Question the expenditure is an ordinary incidental expense of administration, the authority for which is the approval by this House of the financial provision in the Departmental Vote for incidental expenses. As regards the last part of the Question, the answer is in the affirmative.
