§ Mr. EdeThe protection of agricultural workers is included in the scope of the Committee appointed by the Secretary of State for Scotland and myself to consider the question of legislation relating to the health, welfare and safety of persons employed at places other than those regulated by the Factories or Mines and Quarries Act.
